Order Information

• All gift tree, remembrance or memorial orders do not require any advance notice and will be shipped as soon as possible and rush charges will not be applied.
• We recommend that you place your order 3 weeks prior to your event date to avoid rush charges.

• We will be happy to provide you with a total for your order before you submit it. Call toll free 800-825-5122
• Because we feel that there is no room for error, we will be calling you to verify your order, so be sure and provide a telephone number where you can be reached during business hours.
• We can accommodate most rush orders, however, orders placed less than 3 weeks before the date of the event will be charged a 10% to 20% rush charge.
• Orders must be prepaid in full 3 weeks prior to ship date. 25% deposit required at time of order.
• Orders cancelled 3 weeks or more before shipment will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise the 25% deposit is forfeited.
• If changes must be made to your order, please notify us no later than 3 weeks prior to the shipping date or a late change fee of $10.00 will be applied.
• Pay by check, money-order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
• Favor prices do not include layout, printing and shipping charges.
• Instructions are provided on how to care for the tree seedlings until your event.

Shipping Charges

Gift Trees are shipped by way of UPS Ground at a flat fee of $10.00

Seed Packet orders can be shipped by way of UPS Ground within 21 business days of your order for flat fee of $11.00.

All Tree Seedling Favors are shipped by way of UPS the Monday prior to the event with guaranteed arrival the following Thursday (unless otherwise requested) to ensure their freshness.

Shipping charges for Birdfeeder Trees, Burlap Trees, Shimmer Trees and Mylar Foil Trees will be determined by destination and weight. Shipping charges for other tree seedling products are as follows:

Insert/Message Information

We offer a selection of insert messages and borders for your Mail-A-Tree, Soft Pack Tree, Birdfeeder Tree,Shimmer Tree, Mylar Foil Tree, Burlap Tree and Treemendous Tree Starts. The Mail-A-Tree message is rolled and placed inside the tube so that your name(s) and date or heading are visible. The Soft Pack message is placed around the root plug (bottom) of the seedling. Shimmer, Mylar and Burlap Tree message is a tag attached with the ribbon. Planting instructions are on the reverse side.

Insert/Message Layout Fees (Plus applicable printing charges):

1. Choose one of our messages and border styles with your heading (up to three lines) for a $15.00 layout fee.
2. Send us your own message and/or custom layout for a $25.00 layout fee.
3. Choose a border but no message with your heading (up to three lines) for a $5.00 layout fee.

We offer a selection of recycled paper colors for your message, printed in black. Other ink colors are available for a minimum of $45.00. Planting instructions are provided at no extra charge.
